I’m Aaron Dore, Founder and Director of Pland Property. We offer a service that involves Pland Property joining you as your property investment partner, providing Property Investment Strategy services including: 

  • Focused on strategic portfolio planning and market research to find the right suburbs that align with your investment strategy and long-term goals.  

  • A portfolio plan and suburb recommendations will be enough for some to go forth with confidence to select, negotiate and purchase your next investment property.  

  • For others, you may lack time or know how to take this final step, so let's chat if you are also looking for a full end-to end buyers agent service. This would include managing the final step of identifying the right property, negotiating and agreeing on terms, through to final settlement.

  • Suburb Shortlist and Ranking - customised suburb search, analysis and ranking of shortlisted suburbs.

  • Suburb Recommendation -  recommended suburb/s to invest supported by data and the rationale on why.
