This package will:

Plan your property’s future by modelling growth, rent, cashflow and equity under different scenarios to stress-test ideas and see long-term outcomes before you act.

You’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and a personalised roadmap that turns your vision into investment action.

📍 Package 2 – Suburb Research

Data-Driven Property Investment Advice
$1,750 (inc. GST)

This package will:

Match strategy to your goals to identify the property types and locations that best match your goals, budget, timeframe and risk profile; and

Find the right markets faster by analysing growth indicators, supply and demand, risk, affordability and yield to create a ranked shortlist of suburbs that best fit your strategy.

If you can are interested in a full Buyers Agency service to complete the property acquisition, we can:

Take your brief to the market, engaging agents, sourcing opportunities, shortlisting the right properties, and inspecting them to ensure they meet your goals; and

We negotiate the right terms, manage contracts and conditions, complete the final inspection, and coordinate all parties for a seamless settlement and handover.

🏡 Buyers Agent Package

For the full property strategy and acquisition service, we can move seamlessly from the Strategy packages (package 1 and/or 2) or;

Commence working with you from this stage to provide a property acquisition service, outlined below.

  • Buyers Brief: Define your key requirements by capturing specifics on location, budget, bedrooms, property type, lifestyle preferences, and renovation potential.

  • Agent Outreach: Taking your brief to market via outreach to selling Agents in the target suburbs to share your brief and source pre, on and off market properties.

  • Property Shortlisting: Filter and refine by matching properties to your brief, benchmarking and assessing risks, to narrow in on the right properties. 

  • Property Inspection: Validate on the ground by completing property inspections to screen the property and surrounds, coordinating building and pest inspections if passing the pre-screen.

Settlement:

  • Negotiation: Secure the right terms with evidence-based analysis and local market insight guiding the negotiation to achieve the best outcome for you.

  • Contract and Conditions: Manage the contract process by guiding you through contract signing and coordinating with your conveyancer and lender to progress you to unconditional approval.

  • Pre-settlement Inspection: Confirm the property’s condition by completing a final inspection to ensure the property is in agreed condition and ready for settlement.

  • Settlement: Coordinate as seamless handover by liaising with your conveyancer and lender to complete settlement and support a smooth handover.
