We recommend you take a long term view (macro view) to investing, therefore taking the time to plan out your long term vision (your why), goals and break these down into smaller, well planned out investment decisions.

Starting with our Property Portfolio Plan (Package 1) is our recommendation, then moving into Suburb Shortlist and Recommendations (Package 2) .

However, if you are confident you have one part covered already, you may choose to partner with Pland Property on one of the two packages.

Notice we have included our prices below? We respect your time and don’t want to put you through a series of sales calls before we reveal our price at the end. At Pland Property we prefer to build long lasting relationships built on trust, this starts from the very beginning.

  • Property portfolio equity and cash flow projections based on current and planned future investments 

  • Understanding your borrowing capacity across your investment time horizons to plan future investments 

Plan  

  • Your plan to get started - breakdown of key milestones and timing to build your portfolio 

  • Referrals to partners to build your team if required - accountants, financial adviser, mortgage broker, conveyancer

Package 2 - Suburb Shortlist and Recommendations 

Data driven property investment recommendations 

Your property suburb shortlist, ranked with recommendations to deliver on your strategy: 

Property Investment Strategy   

  • Defining your property investment strategy including capital growth and cash flow targets, and asset type. 

Suburb Shortlist and Ranking 

  • Customised suburb search algorithm based on your strategy 

  • Suburb results from a property research platform with latest data from over 6,000 suburbs across Australia 

  • Shortlist of ranked suburbs, assessed with weightings and rationale against key metrics that are aligned to your strategy 

Suburb Recommendations 

  • Recommended suburb/s supported by data and the rationale on why the suburb/s are the best fit with your strategy.  

  • Up to 3 detailed suburb reports with demand and supply data providing evidence of why these suburbs are recommended
