Aaron's 15+ years in project management combined with time in consulting has enabled him to transfer these skills and combine them with 20 years of property investing experience. This led to Aaron establishing Pland Property, focused on property investment strategy, partnering with investors who are getting started or need a reset to develop a clear strategy and roadmap to realise their financial and lifestyle goals.

At Pland, strategy and execution are deliberately separated. Once the strategy is clear, Pland leads acquisition through the Pland Execution System, activating local, on-ground expertise only when the plan confirms the right move.

A lifelong Geelong local, Sam has built his own property portfolio here over time. This isn't theoretical insight—it's lived, practical experience in the exact market he works in every day. He understands how streets change, where quality holds up, and where compromises quietly creep in.

Before joining Pland, Sam spent over 15 years in project management. Prior to that, he ran his own business as a qualified electrician. That foundation shapes how he approaches property acquisition: structured thinking, disciplined execution, risk awareness, and attention to detail from start to finish.

At Pland, strategy comes first. Execution follows only when the plan is clear.

Once the strategy confirms Geelong is the right move, Sam takes the lead. If the strategy points elsewhere, Sam applies that same expertise nationally.
